Casiplay KYC Verification Process

Casiplay runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals belongs to you.

  • Identity (ID/Passport): Casiplay asks for a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The document must show your full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and a readable photo. Casiplay can request a selfie holding the document or a live selfie to match the face to the ID.
  • Address proof: Casiplay asks for a recent document that shows your full name and current residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter. The document date must be recent (commonly within the last 90 days), and the full page must be visible, including the issuer and date.
  • Payment method: Casiplay verifies the method used to fund the account before processing withdrawals. For a bank card, Casiplay asks for images of the card showing your name and the last 4 digits, with the middle digits covered; the CVV must be covered. For e-wallets, Casiplay requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email/ID. For bank transfers, Casiplay requests a bank statement or an online banking screenshot showing your name and the matching IBAN/account number.

Casiplay triggers verification when you request a withdrawal, when deposits or withdrawals reach internal thresholds, when account details change (name, address, email, phone), when you switch payment methods, or when activity flags an anti-fraud check.
